On January 21, 2022, Five Star Bancorp (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.15 per share of common stock. The dividend is payable to the Company’s shareholders of record as of February 7, 2022 and is expected to be paid on February 14, 2022. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.

Five Star Bancorp Declares Fourth Quarter Cash Dividend

 

Rancho Cordova, CA (January 21, 2022) – Five Star Bancorp (Nasdaq: FSBC) (“Five Star” or the “Company”) announced today the declaration of a cash dividend of $0.15 per share on the Company’s voting common stock. The dividend is expected to be paid on February 14, 2022, to shareholders of record as of February 7, 2022.
